Run with ease

Running doesn’t need to hurt! While it’s something we’ve done since we were able to walk, proper running technique often takes some practice. But with a few cues, you can learn to run in a way that is healthy for your joints and something you can do the rest of your life.

Functional Strength

No matter your goal, having strength to maintain good posture and reduce inefficiency is key. Couple that with loading your body with weight either from a pack or performing the same movement over and over, and strength becomes the foundation of a durable athlete. As your objectives lengthen in duration, strength becomes even more important. There are many ways to get stronger, but spending time ensuring you have a good foundation of basic strength with movements akin to your activity will allow you to get out of the gym and improve through your chosen sport.
